Throughout our collaboration, we worked closely with Sammakorn to understand their brand identity, target audience, and goals. This involved conducting thorough research and analysis to develop a comprehensive UX/UI design and development strategy. We created user personas and user journeys that helped us make informed design decisions and develop wireframes and prototypes to test and refine our ideas.

In crafting a website that is not only visually appealing but also highly responsive, SEO optimized, and provides a great user experience, we utilized modern front-end technologies. Our team paid particular attention to these technologies to ensure fast loading and optimized performance. We also prioritized accessibility and SEO to increase visibility and reach.

As part of our commitment to providing Sammakorn with a website that meets all their requirements, we custom-built a CMS platform that allows them to easily add new projects, edit content, and update information on their website quickly and efficiently. The platform is designed with flexibility in mind, providing Sammakorn with a range of communication options that they can use to effectively connect with their customers. Our CMS platform is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing Sammakorn’s team to manage their website content and communicate with their customers with ease.

To ensure seamless communication between Sammakorn and their customers, we integrated contact forms on their website with a CRM system. This integration allows Sammakorn to easily manage their customer interactions from one system, ensuring that all communication is tracked and organized for easy access. By integrating their website contact forms with a CRM system, Sammakorn’s team can quickly and efficiently respond to customer inquiries, manage leads, and improve their overall customer experience.
