Job brief

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer to grow our clients' digital ventures!

Responsibilities

- Plan strategy and overview of various projects to meet project objectives
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and technologies
- Specialized in any marketing specialty
- Able to manage and navigate the work of the team to make the project successful according to the assignments and on time
- Be able to advise, learn, and develop yourself and your team in learning and using various technologies
- Develop the work of the team to meet the company's objectives
- Manage the project to meet the requirements and not exceed the scope agreed with the customer
- Manage budgets in line with KPIs, goals and strategies
- Assign work in Junior in project
- Develop pitching documents with the team
- Contribute to increasing revenue and reducing expenses of the company
- Have leadership skills
- Able to communicate the structure, work, and all details of the project within the team or other teams in the company
- Provide advice/solution to customers and juniors in the team
- Able to communicate and present work in English

Requirements

- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, advertising or any related fields
- Work experience in a similar role of at least 5 years
- Proficient in Digital Marketing tools such as Facebook ads, Google ads and various Analytics Tools.
- Excellent in related work software such as Excel, Powerpoint
- Good work attitude : Disciplined, diligent, punctual
- Good communication and soft skills
- Good multitasking and coordinating skills
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines

Business Development Specialist (Health Tech)

About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be a part of a new health tech business venture. You will be a key force to drive the company’s growth and success. You will be working closely with the CEO and CXO in analyzing the new business landscape, developing business acquisition and expansion strategy, developing the business proposal, and acquiring new partners and partnerships. We are looking for someone who is passionate, driven, a self-starter, active, and have a great personality, communication, and negotiation skills.

 

Your Responsibilities
-  Research, analyze, and identify on the business landscape and business opportunities

-  Help develop business development and acquisition strategy
-  Propose new business ideas to help the company acquire more partners
-  Discuss and prepare business proposals for partners
-  Set meetings (online, onsite) to present the company’s services to prospect partners
-  Close deals with partners and onboard partners to ensure success
-  Maintaining good relationships and being proactive to keep a competitive environment with potential and existing partners
-  Proficient in using CRM tools to effectively manage prospects’ contacts and sales pipeline
-  Coordinate with concerned departments to support customer requirements
-  Coordinate with the Finance team in finalizing the sales proposal
-  Weekly report to the CEO

 

Requirements
-  Fluent in English and Thai
-  Bachelor's Degree in any related fields (Business, Marketing, Economics, etc.)
-  At least 1+ years of experience working in a similar position
-  Interest in health and fitness is a plus
-  Ability to identify, qualify, and close deals
-  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
-  Self-sufficient, Innovative, Fast-moving, Problem-solving, Agile, Open-minded
-  Knowledgeable of Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
-  Efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications and Google Cloud applications
-  Be punctual and demonstrate high attention to detail 
-  Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
-  Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative 
-  Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team  

 

Compensation Scheme
-  Base Salary
-  Commission will be based on the number of partner acquisitions and successful onboarding
