With over four decades of history in Thailand, Chula Book wanted to upgrade their website to more than just an online bookstore. They envisioned a comprehensive platform that included a Marketplace system, E-book system, Online Course system, and an Online writing and reading system for authors.

Our UX strategy was critical to providing a seamless user experience for Chulabook’s new e-marketplace platform. With numerous features to incorporate, such as a Marketplace system, E-book system, Online Course system, and an Online writing and reading system for authors, our team knew that a comprehensive strategy was essential. We conducted thorough research into Chulabook’s target audience and the latest market trends to create a custom UX strategy that prioritized ease of use, intuitive navigation, and seamless interactions across all systems. Our focus on UX strategy was crucial in developing a platform that met Chulabook’s unique needs and goals.

Our UI team was dedicated to creating a user interface that not only improved usability but also modernized the look and feel of Chulabook’s platform. We wanted to create a modern e-commerce bookstore that could rival international e-commerce giants. To achieve this, we focused on creating a design that was visually appealing and engaging, while also providing an intuitive user experience.

We wanted to ensure that Chulabook’s customers had a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Our team conducted extensive research into the latest design trends and best practices in the e-commerce industry to create a custom design that incorporated these elements. The result was a completely new look and feel for Chulabook’s platform that was both modern and welcoming to users of all ages.

For Chulabook’s e-marketplace platform, we integrated several payment gateways and logistics API for live order tracking to ensure that their customers had an easy and convenient shopping experience. By integrating multiple payment gateways, we were able to provide customers with more payment options and facilitate smoother transactions. We also integrated logistics API for live order tracking, allowing customers to track the status of their payment and shipping in real-time. These features not only improved the customer experience but also helped to increase customer trust and loyalty in Chulabook’s brand

A robust backend platform is critical to the success of any e-commerce marketplace. For Chulabook’s e-marketplace, we developed a comprehensive backend platform that provided both the Chulabook and the sellers with the tools they needed to manage their SKUs, orders, finance, payments, and more. Our backend platform development was essential in creating a centralized hub for Chulabook to manage their operations, enabling them to efficiently organize and process transactions. 

The platform also provided sellers with the tools they needed to manage their sales and inventory, streamlining the process and allowing for better communication between customers, sellers, Chulabook. Our team’s focus on providing comprehensive solutions for Chulabook’s e-marketplace platform was critical in delivering a superior customer experience, and we’re proud to have helped Chulabook improve their digital presence with our custom backend platform development.
