Big C

Revamping the user experience for Big C’s ecommerce website and mobile application was a challenging undertaking. With the vast scale of Big C’s offerings and features, our UX UI team at Degito had to conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand Big C’s current state, determine which features to remove, add, or change to create the optimal user experience while maintaining the usability of Big C’s operations. However, the goal was clear. The new version of BIG C’s Ecommerce website and mobile application must be the best in the country for retail sector

At Degito, we take a strategic approach to every project, including our work for Big C’s UX UI.
We began by conducting extensive research to understand Big C’s target audience, 
their behaviors, and their needs. This research included developing user personas, studying audience behavior, researching brand positioning, and analyzing Big C’s competitors. 

We also benchmarked world-class retail Ecommerce to determine which features and functionalities should be included in the website and mobile app to provide the best user 
experience for Big C’s customers. 
Our comprehensive research and analysis allowed us to create a strategic plan for Big C’s 
Ecommerce offerings, ensuring that the new website and app met the needs of their 
target audience and set a new standard for retail Ecommerce in the country.

As we embarked on the challenging mission of revamping Big C’s Ecommerce website and mobile application, we knew that it would require a well-structured approach to succeed. At Degito, we adopt a sprint-based methodology to break down complex projects into manageable tasks and ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal. 
Our UX UI team worked in close collaboration with Big C’s stakeholders, including the marketing, tech, and operations teams, to deliver a seamless user experience that would stand out in the retail sector. Through our user personas, audience behavior research, brand positioning research, and competitor analysis, we were able to create a unique and compelling Ecommerce platform that exceeded Big C’s expectations.

By working within tight deadlines and utilizing the latest technology and design practices, we were able to deliver a world-class user experience that has helped Big C achieve a new level of success in the digital landscape.

Prototyping is an integral part of our UX UI process at Degito, and it proved to be a game-changer in our work with BIG C. By developing comprehensive prototypes, we were able to validate whether a flow or feature was effective or not before actually developing it. This saved both time and money for BIG C, as it allowed us to make adjustments or fixes before derailing the timeline with development. Our team collaborated closely with BIG C’s stakeholders, including marketing, tech, and operations teams, to ensure that every aspect of the prototypes was accurate and effective. By leveraging prototyping, we were able to deliver a top-quality user experience that met BIG C’s goals and exceeded their expectations.
